Just head here: http://tinyurl.com/y9hl6nk for your chance to vote on the VegWeb recipes that will be featured in an upcoming food feature in VegNews Magazine! We tried to pick a broad range of the best of the best on VegWeb but if you don't see your fave recipes on the list, write them in. This is so exciting!!
The survey takes about 2 minutes and you could win a dozen cinnamon rolls from Sticky Fingers Bakery. Totally worth it.

It's closed! Winners will be announced in the May+June issue of VegNews! Stay tuned!!
Sweet! I can't believe my brussels made the list. I totally voted for them.
Zombie cupcakes were not there! I was sad, and added them in the 'Other' section :)
Yes, there was SOOO much to add in, many amazing recipes (including Zombie Cupcakes!) couldn't fit but they could still win by write in!!
i can't believe my mac and cheese made the list.
ok, it is pretty damn delicious.
yay! ;)b
Elect my noodles!
Elect my noodles!
heh heh... that sounds kinda dirty :D
and I was talkin' to you, bp
Added
Appetizer: Spectacular Simple Stuffed Mushrooms
Soup: Pantry Tomato Chickpea Soup
Dessert: Award Winning Cocoa Apple Cake
Delicious Pakistani Dhal is my favorite main dish. In the recipe, it's spelled "Dhal" and on the survey it's spelled "Dal".
And here's a problem with the recipe categories. Let's say I want a tasty soup. Soup can be under all the different regional recipe categories, the Quick and Easy category, or the soup category.
yeah, but you missed LucidAnne's lentil and rice salad. LAME.

that's okay, i'll write it in AND forgive you for being so out of the loop. lol. :D
I definitely wrote it in. I was surprised to see my tomato soup on the list!
The prize won't be much of an incentive for those who live outside the continental US...can't see the cinnamon rolls making it past Customs in time to still be edible...but never mind. We know it's a US contest.

Thanks HH - we'll fix the spelling of the dhal! Also, I totally agree on categories, that's why we're implementing things like tags soon, because many recipes belong in multiple categories!
And definitely write in your faves if they're not on the list, it's extremely difficult to narrow down the best recipes on VegWeb when there are SO SO many!
My only problem with the survey was that you're only allowed one option for "what do you like best on VW". Yes, of course the recipes, duh, that's why the site exists. But I had to choose between recipes and forums and that was painful...and damn near impossible.
So, when do we find out the winners?
So, when do we find out the winners?
Yeah, this.
that's what want to know, too.
They will be revealed in the May+June issue of VegNews!! If you don't get VegNews, you should! And also, I'll post them in the forums too :)
what kind of goodies are we talking about here?
i mean, no way never!!!
lol....did you get caught WML?
