Where do you call home? In a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. Sadly.

One unique thing should know about you? I have a strange ability to memorize movies, books, and play/musicals very quickly.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) It's a tie between knowing you are being ethical towards animals and knowing that you always get to eat healthy and DELICIOUS food.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? I think the PMS pie looks pretty darn sexy...

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Desserts. Any and all. My omni father loves one of the taco soup recipes on here. So something like that is always a winner.

Favorite recipe for 4th of July? Grilled veggies for sure. I may try making some bean burgers this year instead.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Angel food cake. Once that is veganized, I'll be one happy little chica.

Best music to cook by? I usually rock out to Elton John when I cook.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? John Lennon, Elton John, and Lady Gaga. Now that would be one interesting dinner...

All time favorite restaurant? I usually don't go out so...my kitchen!

French fries or ice cream? Baked sweet potato fries.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Almond milk.

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? I love tofu, with seitan as a close second. Tofu is just so versatile and dependable. I eat it every day.
