What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) It's amazingly easy to maintain a healthy weight now! I haven't had to worry about my diet at all since making the switch 2 years ago.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Romantic? Haha, I don't think I've tried any romantic recipes yet.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Chocolate chip cookies!

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? CHOCO TACOS.

#1 Cooking secret/tip? To make extra-creamy hummus, blend the tahini before adding the chickpeas, and add a handful of chickpeas at a time until you reach the desired consistency. You won't even end up using the whole can.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Zooey Deschanel, Morrissey, and Paul McCartney (he IS vegan, right?)

All time favorite restaurant? Zen Palate in NYC. It's those spring rolls of theirs, they get me every time.
