Until I read this, I didn't even realize that it was Memorial weekend.  ???  So, apparently, we're not really doing a whole lot of anything.  Maybe we'll visit the in-laws & get hooked up with some free grub.  ;)b

I have to study for finals (nursing school is SO HARD!), but I'm cooking up an honorary batch of black bean burgers anyway.  :-)

it's not a holiday here, and I only found out this morning that it's a holiday anywhere, but this weekend is going to be full of family time, celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday with dinner out on Friday night and a party on Saturday, so Sunday will be housework and Monday, unfortunately, back to work!
