This giveaway doesn't have much to do with pumpkins but I couldn't resist. When I first started visiting VegNews, I noticed something unusual about the rate at which the staff went through Parma. However, when I began devouring it like they did, I quickly understood. Parma is freaking delicious and goes on freaking everything! Sprinkle it on pasta, soup, salad, candy bars, whatever! It just magically makes everything taste better. In extra great news, Parma has a new flavor, Garlicky Green. All natural, raw, and organic, this one is filled with aromatic garlic and nutty pumpkin seeds. Wait, it has pumpkin seeds in it! This giveaway works, after all. Woohoo!

For the sake of not repeating pumpkin pie for probably the millionth time, I recently had pumpkin spiced coffee, which I guess doesn't really have pumpkin in it, but it was delicious! Pumpkin latte's are good too of course... Oh, and I recently had a pumpkin bagel that was delicious. If I could pair all that with a vegan version of pumpkin cream cheese then I'd have myself a pretty decent breakfast if I do say so myself.....
My god I love Autumn.
It is a toss up between pumpkin curry and a pumpkin smoothy that includes pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, banana, soy milk, and maple syrup - it is sooooo good.

The only pumpkin I've ever had is pumpkin pie, and that was probably over 20 years ago. So, in a roundabout way, that's my answer.....
I love the fresh warm pumpkin bread chased down with a Vodka Pumpkin smoothie. Then topped off with pumpkin spiced cookies.
