What's a party without cake? No party I want to go to! I kid, I will go to any party because they're the best but parties with cake take the cake (ha!). Around the VegNews/VegWeb office, Web Maven Colleen is known for making the absolute best cakes ever. For my birthday this year (it was over a month ago but I'm still accepting presents!), she made the most amazing chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, topped with strawberries drizzled in chocolate.
