Weekly Giveaway: a jar of Coco Lotion by LUSH! Tweety is the winner!

What should be an easy new year's resolution, never is. I'm talking about taking better care of yourself. Whether that's eating more nutritious foods, getting more exercise, or pampering more often, it's easy to put ourselves last. Well, with LUSH's Coco Lotion (http://www.lushusa.com/shop/products/body/hand-body-creams/coco-lotion), it will be difficult to not take time out to relax. Made with extra virgin coconut oil, and infused with mandarin and rosemary, it's almost impossible not to eat this stuff straight of out the jar. Once you've passed that hurdle, it's equally difficult to stop applying the lotion to your body. Pretty soon you'll be so busy taking care of yourselves that someone else will have to cook dinner. The horror!

For a chance to win a jar, all you have to do is let me know how you plan to take better care of yourself in the new year?

Giveaway ends on Tuesday, January 12th at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random!

Exercise, water, making the majority of my foods veggies, yoga 2x/week.

And play more music and read more. Which is being good to myself in a whole different direction.

By remembering to drink more WATER...dehydration is the pits. Also, by taking the time to cook myself at least one new exciting recipe every month, and being creative on a regular basis!

I am going to cut out chips -- even the vegan ones. i have a bit of a problem with them, and they're basically the only unhealthy thing i eat, so i guess i should make that leap in 2010! Also, i have started lifting 5lb weights and can now successfully do a push-up! 2010 is looking good for me! :D

P.S. I LOVE LUSH! They have the most amazing products ever.

I am going to relax a little every day and go to bed at bedtime.  Maybe then I won't be such a grouch.

I have a four-year-old, a three-year-old, and a two-year-old, and I never get any time to myself. So this year, I am going to make a concerted effort to find a good babysitter, and I am going to treat myself to one day a month of reckless abandon. I will make it a day all about me, and use it as a time to destress and let off steam.

I am going to be more at ease with life this year.

Excercising by doing fun activities like hiking is one way I intend to take care of myself.
I live in the southwest - keeping my skin hydrated & cared for & protected in all seasons in another way.
I've been vegetarian 41 years - most of that time vegan.

I want to make sure I get my 8 glasses of water, replace the negative things I say about myself with positive, and implement more stress relief into my day.  Of course there's always eat healthier, exercise more, but I think those will fall into place once I learn to cherish my temple.  ~^_^~

Get rid of the candida problem, stop eating sugar, which will hopefully lead to weight loss.
