What should be an easy new year's resolution, never is. I'm talking about taking better care of yourself. Whether that's eating more nutritious foods, getting more exercise, or pampering more often, it's easy to put ourselves last. Made with extra virgin coconut oil, and infused with mandarin and rosemary, it's almost impossible not to eat this stuff straight of out the jar. I plan on exercising more, joining Weight Watchers to drop a few pounds, and just focusing on myself a little more - taking care of myself, inside and out.
I'm gonna get back into hiking, I've been way too lazy lately!!
I got a Wii for Chanukah and plan to "play" Wii Fit for at least 30 minutes every day! It's been two weeks and I've kept it up. For the first time ever I am enjoying exercise.
hmm well... parasite cleanse, food allergy/intolerance elimination diet, and hopefully jogging more
I want to eat more fresh/raw foods. Lately I haven't eaten much fresh fruit and I'm ending that bad habit this year. I also plan on taking better care of my body by exercising or at least doing some type of physical activity other than be lazy and sit around on vegweb all day. Heh.
I am exercising more and, coincidentally, using more lotion to combat my dry and icky skin. I love LUSH products...

I plan to stop snacking so much and to start eating more balanced meals, not filling myself up on snacks.
I will continue to live my vegan, clean, animal friendly life. I'm still in recovery from my injury so I guess I'd have to say: I will take care of myself by being EXTRA careful to avoid any future accidents/injuries when I finally return to work.
