You know what's great on Brussels sprouts? Vegan cheese! Well, I guess it's good on pretty much anything (even Chinese food!), but it's especially good on Brussels sprouts. And the perfect cheese for the job? Why, Nacho Mom's Fire Roasted Vegan Queso (http://fatgoblin.com/), of course. Just take a jar of this spicy rich goodness and pour it over some lightly sautéed Brussels sprouts for a mind-blowing side dish. Or main dish. And dessert. Seriously, I could eat this stuff until I turn orange.

My favorite way to eat brussel sprouts is with a maple-garlic glaze. Sounds weird, but so good!
I love my sprouts with toasted hazelnuts and cranberries. just a splash of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
OMG - this queso sounds dreamy! My fave way with brussels sprouts (so far) is to slice them in thin slices, then brown them gently in olive oil with garlic - super simple, and the caramelizing makes them so good I have to be careful to make sure hubby gets some ;)
When I was traveling Id hike it to my nearest food co-op and fill up a produce bag with brussel sprouts and then get the hugest container of Amys sesame goddess dressing and sit on the side of the highway munching to my hearts content.

Really? After 1 1/2 years... Cheese is the one thing I can't seem to shake especially when traveling! Also hard to find VEGAN products period where I live... If I don't win.. well, I'll see if I can order on-line!

Steamed or roasted with a little salt and nutritional yeast. I bet that queso would be really could on some Brussels sprouts too.

its been sooo long since i had any brussel sprouts.. Im hoping that I will like them on the next try. The queso would probably be good on steamed broccoli or cauliflower....
