You know what's great on Brussels sprouts? Vegan cheese! Well, I guess it's good on pretty much anything (even Chinese food!), but it's especially good on Brussels sprouts. And the perfect cheese for the job? Why, Nacho Mom's Fire Roasted Vegan Queso (http://fatgoblin.com/), of course. Oh my Goddess, Brussels sprouts are one of my all-time favorites! I love those little darlings. My favorite is so simple, though. I like to saute them with a bit of salt and pepper, and sometimes I'll sprinkle on a little nutritional yeast. Oooh, I'm hungry now!
I love brussel sprouts!!!! I love roasting them covered in olive oil and maple syrup till caramelized, then sprinkling them with craisins. Sooo gooood!!!!
I actually LOVE Brussels Sprouts. I like them roasted with olive oil & balsamic vinegar the best, but I bet they would be darn good with this Vegan Queso on them to boot.
Oh brussels! I used to hate them growing up, now I love them. I like to roast them with other onions, lemon juice and a bit of agave nectar and salt and pepper. Then I put them in some pasta with marinara sauce or warm over a green salad. I'm thinking queso would be a good idea too. ;)

I never would have thought to put queso on brussels sprouts! I must try it! Right now my favorite way to eat them is sauteed with Earth Balance, garlic, and slivered almonds.
Wooo! Maybe I could get my boyfriend to eat brussel sprouts if I put some of thsi on top! (Me, I love 'em...but wouldnt mind trying them with some vegan queso!) ;)b

My all-time favorite way to eat brussels sprouts is to steam the heck out of them *grin* and then coat them with a bit of melted Earth Balance and salt. I've had the regular variety of Nacho Mom's Queso, and loved it - I bet the fire roasted version would be great on brussels sprouts!

mmmm queso!!! I just made roasted brussel sprouts last night! Just some olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I'll have to see how much queso changes them since they're so delicious already! :)
I like my brussels sprouts steamed, allowed to cool, cut in halves, and tossed with cubed Hass avocado and salsa...
I'm with the rest of the B-sprout fans on here-- I like mine *mostly* unadulterated, roasted in the oven with olive oil and some salt and pepper. Yummy yummy yum yum!!! :)>>>
