Weekly Giveaway: Papa Tofu Loves Ethiopian Food Zine! tee1pee is the winner!

This week's giveaway is so extra awesome, I'm beyond excited. In my hot little hands, I am holding a copy of Kittee Berns' latest vegan cooking zine, Papa Tofu Loves Ethiopian Food (http://kitteekake.blogspot.com/p/papa-tofu-loves-ethiopian-food.html). I personally own this zine and it's so fantastic, I can't stop reading it. Not only are the recipes outstanding, but there are all sorts of helpful tips and info on how to make the most dreamy Ethiopian food possible. Oh, and it's all gluten-free, to boot! The woman is a genius.

To win a copy, let me know what your favorite Ethiopian dish is (or which one you're most looking forward to trying)!

Giveaway ends Tuesday, October 11th at midnight, winner will be selected randomly, must live in USA to win.

Good luck!

p.s. Are you getting the VegWeb Weekly? It's our free and food-filled newsletter and you can sign up by just entering your email on the home page or on this page in the left hand bar!

My favorite food to get at my local Ethiopian Restaurant is INGUDAI TIBS..or mushroom saute. It's portobello mushroom marinated & sautéed with red onions, garlic, jalapeno pepper, fresh tomato, herbs & spices. Maybe I'll make it myself one day.

I've tried a number of Ethiopian dishes from the first Papa Tofu zine. They were all super tasty, I think I liked the Gomen (greens) the best.

I love Injera! It's completely addicting!
The recipe for Ye'misir Sambusas (Lentils and Mushrooms in a Savory Shell) from the zine looks amazing. I'd love to try it!

I absolutely adore Ethiopian food!  The Ye'misir Sambusas recipe is something I'd want to try first. Looks like I'd eat the whole batch by myself without sharing!

I am not exactly familiar w/ ethiopian food . I could be wrong but it reminds me of Arabic food which I love!! And besides you can never have enough vegan cookbooks!!!

I was actually looking at this zine last night, and I currently have two Groupons to a local Ethiopian restaurant, so I'm already pumped up about Ethiopian food! I think I love Ethiopian food because I love all things spicy, savory, and made of lentils, so any dish like that is my favorite.

I absolutely love Ethipian food!  I love injera and anything with lentils or potatoes or cabbage.  It's probably my favorite kind of food and so much of it is vegan-friendly!

ANYTHING Ethiopian with lentils does it for me.

I love lentils and can't wait to taste them made with the spice recipe you provided.  Have never tasted Ethopian food, but with your rave reviews, I'll start this weekend.  Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy of this "cook book".

I've never tried Etheopian food, but I'm always a fan of lentils, so spicy red lentil soup would be something I'd like to try, along with the injera...sounds like a meal.
