Well I'm fairly new to this site so I'm not sure what all topics have been discussed...but I would like to see kid-friendly vegan recipesm that aren't just veggies. My son likes veggies, but we'd like to see a broader range of foods. Our new fave is General Tao's tofu, my son LOVES it and is convinced it's chicken!  >:D

I'd like to learn the potential deficiency in a vegan lifestyle and how to interpret blood tests to better understand the results....

I love comfort food.  Maybe an article on what to ask for when you are in a resturaunt that never heard of "vegan" other than a green salad with oil and vinegar.

I would like to see strange and unusual baking/cooking tips. I would also like to see ideas on making healthy vegan food even healthier (it's a bit of an obsession with me).

Simple recipes using kitchen staples.  As a college kid, I find it hard having to buy so many ingredients to stock up!

I like seeing more healthy recipes, although I love the unhealthy stuff, too. More things made without sugar, or a lot of fat.

I haven't read all the answers, and can't recall if it's been covered in a newsletter already, but the only thought I've got is something fitness/exercise related, inspiring vegan athletes, good pre- and post- workout meals, stuff like that ?

woah, I want this book.....but what topic to choose.  I can't remember everything that's already been covered either.

I would love to see a topic about travelling to different countries as a vegan, or living in different countries as a vegan.  No, I do think maybe travelling to different cities/countries.
That way you could also ask advice from different vegwebbers around the globe and get us to contribute.
