I'm assmunig that the cinnamon buns wouldn't post too well to the UK but heck I'm goona post anyways!

My favourite breakfasst at the moment is tofu florentine - slice an English muffin in half so you have 2 round pieces.  Cook some tofu a la eggs mcvegan, make some cheeze sauce (I use the cheeze sauce from the cheesy beans and cheese enchiladas) and add a dash of lemon juice (about a teaspoon per serving), sauté spinach in garlic and olive oil.

to serve:
put english muffins on a plate, top with a cheeze slice (optional), top that with spinach, the place tofu on top of that and pour over the cheezy / holandaise sauce.
Yum yum - I am planning on having this on Friday brunch as I have a day off!

I love love love a simple tofu sandwich; a slice of tofu pan fried with nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Top it with a sliced tomato from the yard heated up really quick in the pan and then 'grill' the sandwich as a whole in the pan with a little earth balance. Mmmm. On the side some fried up potatoes and onions with ketchup. This with a nice glass of fresh carrot/celery/apple juice.
I have my times where i love sweets for breakfast instead, like a muffin, mm. I've never had vegan cinnamon rolls, but I'm sure that would be great to have with a crepe with fruit for a Sunday breakfast!  ;)b

Would it be bad to say that my favorite breakfast is cinnamon rolls? I usually hate breakfast foods. Really. But I made a batch of cinnamon rolls and froze them raw, and could make them whenever I wanted in about 15 minutes bake time. The best part? My friends didn't know they were vegan, and when I told them, they didn't care. Cinnamon rolls, for as long as I can remember, have always meant love.

I love making a nice tofu scramble using extra firm tofu, tomatoes, yellow and orange peppers, and topped with vegan gourmet cheddar.  It's yummy and filling!

Here's something that has served as both for me:  A kale/spinach, nanner, blue/black/rasp/straw-berry smoothie (or whatever's in the freezer).  You can add whatever else fits the day, like tofu or nuts, etc.

Favorite breakfast?  Many fruit smoothie- I whir up a banana, an apple, a carrot, some strawberries, some ginger (all organic) in my blender with orange juice and berry juice.  Yummmm

My favorite breakfast or desert is blueberry crepes!  Such a pain to make, but when they are done and dusted with a little powdered sugar it is worth all the effort!

Aw man, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, so it's really a tough one!

I'd have to say that I LOVE french toast, although it's a little hassle to make first thing in the morning. Mix some vanilla soy milk, whole wheat flour, some sugar, vanilla extract, and dip whole wheat toast in there, coat it nicely, and throw it in the pan for a little :) Delicious with some bananas and blueberries topped with agave nectar or maple syrup, yummy! (and yes, I'm BIG on sweets ;)

Blueberry pancakes smothered in blueberry syrup, with sides of hash browns and Lightlife Smart Bacon! Unfortunately, I'm not a morning person, so I usually just end up with a bowl of bran flakes.

Lately I have been addicted to pancakes sprinkled with brown sugar with a huge helping of fresh raspberries and blueberries. I have them as both dessert or breakfast. I also love granola with yogurt, now that I have found a decent vegan yogurt. Again, as dessert or breakfast. And, because I actually prefer savoury dishes to sweet, a good tofu scramble with veggies and maybe a side of home fries makes my day as breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Now that you have made me think about it, I think I may try an old breakfast favourite again, from some cookbook: rice cooked with fried onions, mustard seeds, turmeric, garlic and chili pepper. In fact, I think I am going to make some right now for dinner, with some veg and marinated tofu on the side!

I just cannot pick a favorite breakfast food.  So I feel like I will share many things I enjoy making for breakfast.

Blueberry pancakes with tempeh bacon strips (sliced tempeh with a splash of soy sauce, pan fried)......with maple syrup of course (I love the trader joes brand)

Tofu scramble........which includes tofu with lots of cumin, potatoes, black beans, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes and a side of blanched collered greens and a slice or two of toast!

Fruit salad with soy yogurt.

and of course biscuits and Gravy (home-made vegan biscuits with vegetable gravy and seitan)

Delicious!

My favorite thing to eat for breakfast is fried scrambled tofu sandwich with tofutti cheese and veganaise.  Sometimes I'll eat the same scramble with soy cheese grits!!!  When I have scramble left, I eat it as a snack throughout the day!  So I love tofu scramble (tofu, salt, turmeric, onions, veggie broth, flour, soy milk).
