It has to be Mom's tempeh cabbage rolls! mmmmmm (drool)!
My first thought was the tempeh pate from a restaurant that I love. Then, I thought of tempeh reubens. It's a toss-up!

Oh wow tough one considering i love tempeh...I really like the recipe in VCON for the Spicy Tempeh with Rotini and Broccolini (that I make with broccoli). I also make a mean hash with tempeh, sweet potatoes, and spinach.
I think my favorite tempeh recipe is probably the Tempeh Reuben from Vegan with a Vengeance.
I've tried a lot of tempeh dishes, looking for one my hubby will eat. Vegan with a Vengeance's Tempeh Sausage Crumbles is one of the best recipes if you're not crazy about the taste of tempeh!
