Tempeh manis-- I took a cooking class in Indonesia and they taught us how to make it. (Yum, now I know what I'm having for lunch!)
I always get these for my daughter this time of year, so I hope SHE wins! ;-)
My fave tempeh recipe? Probably crusted tempeh w/ mango-avocado salsa. It's what I make for people who *think* they don't like tempeh!
My favorite Tempeh recipe is the Hot Sauce Glazed Tempeh from Veganomicon... so good!
I LOVE TEMPEH because of the texture. The other day I just fried it in a pan and added a bit of soy sauce. Excellent.
I love smokey tempeh bacon with a little more heat than most recipes call for to give it a nice kick!
