Just had my first Vegan Strawberry Milkshake at Chicago Diner! It's my new all time favorite dessert, summertime or anytime. ;-)
oooooh I want this book so much. my favorite summer dessert is definitely ice cream. i would have ice cream at every meal if i could, and maybe switch it up by making some ice cream sandwiches using the recipes from this book!!!

I like fresh nectarines, but they have to be crunchy. I also love Vegan Sugar cookies with thinly sliced kiwi on top.
