Let's just look at this list of recipes: Maple-Kissed Blueberry Pie, She’s My Cherry Pie, Chocolate–Peanut Butter Tartlets, Salted Pecan Caramel Pie, and Pumpkin Cheesecake. I'm sorry, I think I just went blind with happiness. Which is a terrible side effect to happiness, but a person can only take so much. I love pie season more than I love most humans, and this cookbook takes it to the next level.

My favourite pie is Dutch apple pie without raisins but with marzipan. I just found a recipe for vegan walnut marzipan which must be good :P
BUT. This weekend I'm going to bake a chocolat & red beet pie... By the sound of it that may turn into an instant favourite!

Being that I love all things Pumpkin I would have to say Pumpkin Pie is my all time favorite pie. Mmmmmm, Pumpkin Pie for breakfast.

My favorite would be apple pie but that's because I haven't found a vegan coconut custard pie yet...use to looovvve when my aunt would make them. Maybe that will be my goal this holiday season...Find me a Vegan Coconut Custard Pie!!!
