Well, how could I write this newsletter and not give away a copy of Isa and Terry's latest and greatest cookbook, Vegan Pie in the Sky (http://www.amazon.com/Vegan-Pie-Sky-Out-This-World/dp/0738212741)? Let's just look at this list of recipes: Maple-Kissed Blueberry Pie, She’s My Cherry Pie, Chocolate–Peanut Butter Tartlets, Salted Pecan Caramel Pie, and Pumpkin Cheesecake. I'm sorry, I think I just went blind with happiness. Which is a terrible side effect to happiness, but a person can only take so much. I love pie season more than I love most humans, and this cookbook takes it to the next level.
