anarchy article

in this months ecologist magazine there is an article about the posivtive sides of anarchy by a guy called tom hodgkinson. i havent managed to find an online version of it but as soon as i do i will post a link as its quite an interesting article, its only little though, more like an enlarged collumn but i thought it might be of interest.
Are there any negative sides to anarchy? ;)
Actually, and unfortunately, I think the world is simply not ready. I understand that, and I understand that in order to be ready for so much freedom (and therefore so much responsibility), every person's foundational philosophy would have to be altered.
Which, obviously, won't happen in my lifetime, lol.
Although ... maybe I could use all my college degrees to create a brainwashing program. Cue evil laugh here. ;D
Anyway, I'd be interested in reading it. :)
