Oh, PETA, I don't know about you...I have a great respect for Che Guevara, and feel this is silly, but his grandaughter maybe feels strongly about it. I don't know. Who works for PETA and thinks these things up?

I honestly don't really understand the point of nudity in animal rights campaigns. I mean, I kind of understood their I'd rather go naked than wear fur campaign, but I don't like promoting a "meat market" of women. Someone actually mentioned this in the ppk forums. Why does PETA only promote women to go naked and not men?

I can't even read about peta campaigns anymore. They're so moronic. Such as Obama killing a fly. That pisses me off and annoys the shit out of me even as a vegan. I swear, any freshman in a Marketing/Communications 101 class could make a lengthy list of the things wrong with peta campaigns. Where are these people's brains. "It gets people to talk" is not a high enough bar, d-bags. I could go out and stand naked on a street corner with the word "vegan" plastered across my chest and it would be on par with a peta campaign and cost a heck of a lot less money.

yeah. with the mainstream/public you really have to pick and choose your battles when it comes to AR, otherwise we all look like wack-o's instead of just some of us :P

"Animals aren't meat! But this woman is. Objectify and disrespect her, BUT NOT THE ANIMALS!"
