I gotta admit, Eve Ensler is one of my greatest inspirations. This woman is the epitome of empowered femininity; she's got ovaries of steel and a heart of gold.She recently gave a TED talk in which she shared some heart-wrenching stories of girls who have overcome terrible oppression and violence. I absolutely love TED.com and have really enjoyed many of the videos I've watched, but  I was so inspired this talk I had to share. Even though it's entitled "Embrace Your Inner Girl", Eve Ensler is not just talking about gender... she's speaking about compassion. I think her message needs to be heard by every man, woman, boy, girl, other(?) on this planet... so I figured what better place to start than with VegWeb?  ;)
