I came across an interesing article about GMO's and there is a list of companies that use them in their products and alternatives to them. Legally, these companies aren't obligated to tell us on their labels that they contain GMO's and obviously don't want to since their sales will go down. For produce, apparently it's GMO if the code is 5 digits long and begins with an 8.
