So, the new season of Lost starts this week!
Who else is peeing their pants? I can't be the only one....

finally finished watching it since iw as saving it for my exercise today. whatever happened to claire? did she die or was she kidnapped? (i didnt watch the recap)
i'm thinking the woman at the end is faraday's mother. i forget, was ben trying to get sayid to go back to the island or just the rest of them? because when jack told him he was with sayid, ben kinda had that look on his face like maybe HE was the one sending people after sayid to kill him.
also, the whole time jumping thing is getting kinda old, even after just the first week
claire wandered off into the jungle and she was last seen hanging out in the cabin thing with jack's dad who is also her dad.
i read some article recap thing that said that lady was faraday's mother. i think.

i love how john told richard to go visit him after he was born if he didn't believe he was from the future. it explains why he showed up when john was a kid :) Also, since they're doing that whole time-warp thing, do you think Desmond named his kid after charlie because he saw charlie die/was friends with him? or do u think it's gonna be part of the time-warp thing? probably just because he was friends with charlie, but it'd be cool the other way, too. and the whole "charles whidmore being one of the others" was awesome.
I used to love this show. My ex and I used to watch it all the time. We bought the first 3 seasons on DVD. When we broke up she got to keep the DVDs. I haven't kept up on it since.
Also, since they're doing that whole time-warp thing, do you think Desmond named his kid after charlie because he saw charlie die/was friends with him? or do u think it's gonna be part of the time-warp thing?
You mean like Charlie would be his son? I don't think that's possible. The thing about the time travel is that things can't be changed. Desmond and Charlie were alive as adults at the same time. I'm pretty sure he is naming his son after Charlie in memoriam.
I'm super excited about Charles Widmore on the island. Woot!
Richard is the creepiest looking thing ever. Does he have eyeliner on? It is un-sexy.
I really wish I liked Faraday, but I just find him totally un-compelling and annoying. It was nice to have that little lovey-dovey subplot with him and Charlotte, but to me his character totally lacks charisma. I so badly want to like him more because he is like the unsung hero here.

i like faraday, i don't know why though, i didn't like him in the beginning. he's just interesting to me the way locke is. but charlotte annoys the hell outta me...

Ugh, yes. She's another one who is totally un-compelling and kind of useless. I wasn't even that anxious when they threatened to kill her.
Richard may or may not be hot to me. I can't decide. He's just....creepy. :o
I'm loving Locke. I've gone back and forth about him, but now I love him. He is like the cornerstone of this whole operation. I used to get irritated when he went on and on about having a larger purpose on the island, and "getting to know it," blah blah blah, but now that piece totally makes sense. <3 Locke.
(richard does not wear eyeliner - he's natually like that. i saw something on tv where the writers were talking about it and how even they thought he was wearing it until they met him)

OMG!!! Did you guys see this? I dont want to seem hypocritical, I have missed the first 50 mins of the show, but I turned it on and Lock was face to face with 'young' Charles Widmore (I dont know how many years in the past). I have to go online and catch up with what I just missed, this is to good! Gotta go before it comes back on, dont want to miss anymore.

This is why I'm so terrible at these types of shows. I've no idea. So much happens. I'm watching last season on DVD at work during lunch and my co-workers start spouting out all sorts of relationships and I'm, well, lost. I figure they'll show flashbacks or fill me in next week.

im pretty sure shes the woman who waaaaay back when they first got to the island they met in the woods.. she was all renegade-style and had guns and didnt want to stay with the group, she had a teenage daughter that i think ben was holding.. and the daughter had a teenage bf too. she was in her mid 40's and wore a black tank top and cargo type pants..

I pretty much never remember the names of the supporting characters. When I go to see movies, two hours later, I don't know all of the character's names. I'm happy you're all here for me.
