Tahini Recall

The following product recall has been announced:
Whole Foods Market Inc. is voluntarily recalling 16-ounce jars of
365 Organic Everyday Value Sesame Tahini because the product could be
contaminated with salmonella, which can cause serious and sometimes
fatal infections in young children, the elderly and those with weakened
immune systems. The jars were distributed nationally through Whole
Foods Market stores. No illnesses have been reported.

MaraNatha tahini both packaged and bulk (so check with your store if you buy tahini in bulk or they pre-pack it from bulk buckets) is also being recalled for the same reason.
