4 cloves garlic
2 small red peppers
1 cup green peas
1 can garbanzo beans
1 15 oz. can or 4 fresh plum tomatoes
fresh basil
1 package fresh pasta
Directions:Saute sliced garlic and chopped red peppers in olive oil. At the same time cook peas until just tender (keep them slightly crisp). Add garbanzos, tomatoes, and basil to the garlic/pepper mixture and add peas. Serve over pasta cooked al dente. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Easy and wonderful!
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 30 min
This was very tasty and very easy to make. Only thing I would add is not to use an entire pound of pasta as this recipe only makes sauce for about half that amount.

This is one of my FAVORITES! Although we left out the peppers because my boyfriend doesn't like them. But it still tasted great!
