Breakfast Shake

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 lb silken tofu
    1 large can peaches in juice
    2 ripe bananas

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.  Chill and serve for breakfast, or anytime!

Serves: 2-4

Preparation time: 10 minutes


tofu in a shake- I'll try it, sounds great!  But I ll want to use fresh peaches instead.    Perhaps you're on to something-  the tofu may need the additional sweetness and consistency of the canned...

I'll try it, howe'ver to the last comment,   the canned peaches may be best because the juice makes it not as thick.  Fresh peaches may be a bit thicker shake.
