1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2-3/4 cup rice dream vanilla lite
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pkt sweetner (I use sweet one)
Directions:Dump it all in the blender and whir until creamy. This is great for breakfast with WW toast.

I add pure rice protein to this-Sunday mornings are always hurried trying to get to church...this goes down fast & we love it!

RICE DREAM IS A RICE BASED MILK. SUPERMARKETS CARRY IT ALONG WITH SOY BASED MILK IN THE HEALTH FOOD OR SPECIALTY AISLE. ONE BRAND NAME IS RICE DREAM. I HAVE EVEN FOUND IT NON FAT VANILLA RICE DREAM. ALSO COMES IN 1 PERCENT AND LOW FAT. IT TASTE GOOD, AND IS LOW CAL.
