Banana Breakfast Shake

Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze.  The frozen banana gives the *shake* an ice cream-like texture

If you don't like bananas, use frozen berries or peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

in blender put one frozen banana
    4 ounces tofu
4 - 6 ounces or so of your favorite juice

Directions:

Blend til smooth.  Add wheat germ or protein powder to any of these as you wish.

I tried your drink it was exellent.

I used orange juice.  It sounded like a good drink to me, but it actually was very bland.

Fm: Sandy Email: sunshine@isd.net I added non-fat vanilla yogurt  +  Carnation Inst. Breakfast.  Left over fruit? Churn it up in the blender...can add a non-vegan sugar sweetener too.
