It was good, and I'm no fan of cabbage.

I don't understand why you say DO NOT MIX on one line, and on the next, say Mix, and ...... Thanks.

You should never microwave food in plastic containers!! The chemicals from the plastic leak into your food- these chemicals are very dangerous (hormone disrupters). You should buy ceramic or glass dishes to reheat or cook in the microwave.

Just guessing but I think the DO NOT MIX refers to roma tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, so that you have 2 vegetables and basil-flavored tomato sauce rather than 1 vegetable in chunky sauce. It IS puzzling.

I think it means to not mix it until right before you heat it. Make it ahead of time and take it with you, mix it, then microwave it. Just a guess though.

if you microwave cabbage, won't it just stay moist? Ovens are usually dry out foods.
