1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
salt
pepper
lots of garlic (I use 4-6 cloves)
Directions:Hand shred lettuce to bite size peices. Place in bowl. Add oil, vinegar, and garlic. Squeeze with hands till the lettuce is soppy and wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves: 4.
Preparation time: 15 min.
