Salad Sandwich

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1 Kiser Roll, or Onion or personal prefrence
    Lettuce Romain or Iceberg
    Mushrooms sliced
green salad olives or black olives
    Alfalfa sprouts
    Red Pepper
    Bannana Peppers
    Salad dressing (Your favorite)
    Hummous (Optional)

Directions:

Ok this is easy. Spread the olives on your vegan bread of choice.  Next put the bannana peppers on the olives then the mushrooms, actually this is all pretty self-explanatory the alfalfa next then the lettuce.  Actually I like to put the salad dressing on the alfalfa to act as adhesive the hummous can be used in the same manor. Then I close the sandwichand eat it. This is just like making a salad only its in roll which can make it more convenient if you're at work or school.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 min

This sounds rather nice and healthy.  What do you lot think?  Try making a few more comments I've made loads!!!

Using hummus on a sandwich is a great replacement for mayo, etc. It also gives the veggies something to stick to so they don't fall out.
