Portebellos are also VERY good when brishe'd with lemon, seasoned with your favorites, and grilled. I put them on a hamburger roll, put lettuce, tomato and onion on them...and wow...so very good.

This looks really gross, but it tastes really good. Eat this when you want to look like you're eating a steak sandwich.

what also makes these sandwiches tasty is if you grill them and melt some mozzerlla cheese on top of them. serve on a whole wheat bun and they are ready to go.

also try frying them up with some soy sauce and pepper added while cooking... very SIZZLING! then eat with whatever you liked to put on your hamburgers before you went vegan.

Simply The Best!!! For those of you who aren't vegetarian or those who eat cheese, I put a little bit of cream cheese on the vegan bread and it was superb

These really are good. I'd suggest letting them soak a while so they can really absorb the taste of the balsalmic. Yummy!

I have tried this recipe but Ilike to marinate my mushrooms in a teriyaki sauce (try Soyvey or Islands)then cook them on the BBQ and eat with lettuce, avocado and tomato served between two slices of vegan bread
