1/3 cup each chopped green pepper, onion and celery
replacer for 1 egg or 1 tablespoon soy flour
1/3 cup cornmeal, rolled oats, wheat germ
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon flour, wheat germ and oil
Directions:Combine all ingredients, mix well. Brown patties on both sides in oil over medium heat, or shape and bake 20 minutes at 350.
Makes 6-8 patties.
Serves: 6-8
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Is that 1/3cup EACH cornmeal wheat and oats?

This is a great recipe!! I am new to vegweb and am having probs posting, can anyone offer advice? I can't seem to access anything. Also, I added a little caynne pepper to this, it was amazing!!
