1 pkg. pitas
1 cup tabouli or Mediterranean salad (from deli)
1 cup hommus
Directions:Warm pita in toaster oven or non-stick pan. Spread with hommus, top with tabouli and sliced red beets.
The contrast of flavors is fabulous!!! The hommus is bland, but creamy. The tabouli has a sharp taste, and the beets are sweet.
Serves: 6
Preparation time: 5 min
