1 slice soy cheese
lettuce leaves
1-2 slices tomato
1/4 cucumber sliced lengthwise
spicy mustard
sprouts (any kind will do)
bread of preference
Directions:Put all ingredients into a sandwich. (Avocado is optional for those watching fat count).
Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5-10 min
This sounds really good. Maybe you can put it under the broiler for a minute so the cheese melts...mmmm
