Non-dairy Cheese

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    2/3 Cups of raw nuts (i.e cashews, almonds etc.)
    2 1/2 Cups of water
    1/4 Cup of nutritional yeast (not Brewers yeast)
    1 Tbs of lemon juice
    1/2 tps of garlic powder
    1tps of onion powder
    4 oz. of pimentos
    5 Tbsp of arrowroot
    1/2 tps of salt

Directions:

Blend the raw nuts with 1 cup of water till smooth, add pimentos with remaining water while continuing to blend mixture.  Add other ingredients and blend for one minute.  Pour mixture into sauce pan and cook on low until thick.
