Spinach plus Mango Salad

What you need: 

3 cups spinach
1 large mango
about 1/4 cup raisins

What you do: 

Rinse the spinach in cold water and place in small saucepan. Don't add water, the water from rinsing will be enough.
Steam the spinach gently on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Cut the mango into bite-size wedges, add to spinach, mix in raisins.
(I know this recipe sounds kind of weird, but I swear, it's orgasmically good and painfully healthy.)
