1 small can tomato paste
1 large can peeled, crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce (not spag. sauce)
1 tablespoon vegan sugar
1 medium onion
2 teaspoon salt
basil, oregano, and
Sautee onion (w/ garlic if desired.) Pour into very large pot. Pour in cans of tomatoes. Add vegan sugar, salt, and spices. Simmer on LOWEST heat possible for 1 hour. (High heat will burn it.) Pour over warm pasta and enjoy!!
