4 slices of wheat bread
2 slices of vegan cheese
dash of basil
4 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing (check ingredients)
large skillet or cookie sheet
non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Lay the wheat vegan bread on the cookie sheet, and spread margarine over each slice. Cut the tomato into 1/4 slices, and spread them over two of the buttered vegan bread slices. Add one slice of cheese over the tomatoes, and sprinkle a dash of basil.
Leave the sandwiches open-faced, with the bare buttered slices face-up. Place sandwiches in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the vegan bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.
When done, spoon 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing (or favorite salad dressing) over the sandwiches, and close them with the toasted slices. ENJOY!
