Vickys Winter Oatmeal

Ingredients: 

3 cups water
1/4 cup Red River or other multigrain cereal
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
1 1/3 cups quick rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions: 

Combine water, multi-grain cereal, raisins and molasses in a pot. Bring to a boil.
Add quick oats. Turn down heat to medium. Cook 3 minutes or so until thickened the way you like it.
Stir in cinnamon.
Serve with soymilk.
