1 cup vanilla rice milk
1/2 cup water
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
Put rice milk, water, cinnamon, and ginger in saucepan and bring to a boil. When boiling add banana and oatmeal. Stir and reduce heat till simmering. Cook 15 to 20 minutes uncovered stirring occasionally. Cool and serve.
