5 potatoes, grated
3 onions, grated
2 egg replacers (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7678.0 )
3/4 cups flour
salt and pepper, to taste
vegetable oil, as needed
1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. If your batter is too thick, slowly mix in some water until you reach a good consistency (a little thicker than traditional pancake mix).
2. Heat oil, and cook in a deep frying pan until golden brown.
Serve with apple sauce.
