Vanilla Shake

Ingredients: 

soy milk, about 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2-3 ice cubes

Directions: 

Put everything in a blender and blend until it reaches the consistency of a vanilla ice cream shake.
OR-
You can use everything except the ice and mix it in a glass and drink.
