1 cup unsweetened soy milk (I prefer Westsoy)
1 cup frozen peaches
1 medium orange
half a cup of canned mandarin oranges
half a cup of fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pour soymilk into blender. Next add the peeled orange and the strawberries. Then add the mandarin oranges as well as the vanilla extract. Finally add the frozen peaches. Blend until smooth.
