1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 9 lemons)
5 to 6 cups water
10 ounces fresh or frozen strawberries, blended into a puree
Sugar, to taste
1) Combine lemon juice, water, and 3/4 of the strawberry puree. Add vegan sugar until you have reached the desired tartness/sweetness. Add remaining strawberry puree until the strawberry/lemon taste balance is about equal.
