2 cups Betty Crocker Bisquick Original All-Purpose Baking Mix
1 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
2 tablespoon Ener-G Egg Replacer
13 1/2 tablespoon heated water
8 oz. rolling rock green light beer
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon rosemary
pizza toppings - tomatoes, garlic, broccoli, red and green peppers, vegan mozzarella,
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In medium bowl mix Ener-G Egg Replacer with 8 tablespoon of heated water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix into a moist sticky dough. Press into a 16 pizza pan. Cook crust for 13 minutes at 300. Remove from oven. Brush top of crust with olive oil. Slather about 16 tablespoon of tomato sauce evenly over crust. Add whatever vegan toppings you want.
Bake for 17 minutes at 400 degrees. Then put oven to broil for 5 minutes to melt vegan mozzarella - if used.
Be creative with the toppings. This is the best vegan pizza crust I have made so far. Yummy.
