1 package of cornbread mix, approximately 6oz
2 15 oz cans of vegan chili with beans
2 oz of shredded vegan cheese
1) Heat oven to 375 F.
2) Mix cornbread.
3) Pour cornbread mix into greased pie pan (2 quart).
4) Pour Chili on top of cornbread.
5) Top with vegan cheese.
6) Cook f or 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
You may also layer cornbread on top of the pie if desired.
