2 cups orange juice or soy milk
1/4 cup fresh strawberries or raspberries (chopped)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup skinned, chopped peaches
Put all of the ingerdents into the blender, and turn it on for about 2 minutes. Pour into cold glasses and serve.
If you do not have a blender, then mash all the ingridents togeather in a medium sized bowl. Mash for about 10 minutes.
On this recipe you can substitute the fruits for other fruits. ENJOY!
