3 - 12 oz pkgs soft silken Mori-Nu tofu
2 cups fructose
1 cup oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 - 16 oz pkgs frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Blend together and freeze in ice cream maker.
I don't know (and don't care to know) the nutritional breakdown - I only make this on special occasions (I just made it for my sons 2nd birthday) as it is terribly rich and decadent.
