2 half gallon containers of vanilla ice cream (Soy Delicious is good)
1 bag of vegan chocolate chips
Soften Soy Delicious. Spread softened ice cream into a glass pie pan. Freeze until firm. Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler. Meanwhile slice the bananas and arrange the slices on the ice cream, covering the top. Spread the melted chocolate over the bananas. Sprinkle with peanuts and almonds. Put back in the freezer and serve when firm.
Decorate with icing for special occasions like birthdays
